Game only released in Japan. Text is Japanese but dialogue is English.

This is being played on an "Analogue Mega Sg" FPGA game console allowing for clear output in sound and audio! The video provided to YouTube is 4:4:4 and lossless! Details below in Technical Notes!

"Water can DESTROY Pulseman!"

Other things you may not know about Pulseman:

It takes a good moment for Pulseman to change from slow running to full-on running and you can NOT circumvent this with a Lightning Dash. Boo~!

You also have to be careful about suddenly turning after a full run because you can slide into a hazard and the momentum even gets thrown into any corrective jump you might make! It's far safer to just release the d-pad and stop that way.

Lightning Dashes are kinda wonky and don't always get pulled off, especially during slowdown. It also does not count changing direction as one of the d-pad presses for a dash so you effectively have to press it 3 times in that instance.

YOU CAN NOT DASH ON MOVING PLATFORMS. You can imagine this leads to a few missteps.

The sweet spot for catching a rail without a charged Volteccer is around Pulseman's head or even just above it. This can lead to missing the rail (as you saw in stage 2) if you are aiming with center mass.

The flashing and colorful backgrounds in this game can make you SICK if you are playing on a big screen tv in the dark. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Technical Notes:
------
You can read the full text in the description of the first video in this series.

TL;DR: YouTube was provided a perfect video so pixels are sharp and shapes are correct. Audio is "high resolution" compared to a Genesis system due to no processing constraints. Watch in 4k or 1440p if your computer can handle it.
