Heads up to the people who come here before watching the video: I was starting to get sleepy here and the wonky graphics in the later segments were NOT helping me! That said, it's pretty competent. Just not quite like the earlier levels.
Oh, and the pause at 1:08 with the life counter going down was because I had died a LOT on that screen. For no good reason. My first run I died maybe once? This time I fell into the same trap of getting pushed off an edge by an enemy over and over. Again I blame the Sandman!
At 8:22 I get a weirdly beneficial glitch-warp that sends me back over a pit!
And have you all been noticing that in the computer-worlds whenever I use Volteccer elements dim in the background? This becomes SUPER apparent in the last area because of the whole screen turning black. It's a nice touch!
The mini Waruyamas can overwhelm you if you aren't fast in dispatching them! As usual, you can be an utter lame-o here and on the final boss by spamming the Up-Attack backspin kick and letting the invincibility frames carry you through, but I do my best to not rely on those.
That's it! The end of Pulseman! This was the last title Game Freak made before moving on to the little known series, Pokemon. I think Pulseman is a fairly easy action platformer, but has a lot of crazy graphical experimentation going on - it's worth a playthrough for sure! The lack of English text is minimal considering all the voice work is in English and there's not much to speak of any way! I also wanted to mention the end screen doesn't let you bypass it. It sits there for a good many seconds before looping to the "SEGA" screen. Almost thought it was gonna stick there.
See you next time!

TL;DR: YouTube was provided a perfect video so pixels are sharp and shapes are correct. Audio is "high resolution" compared to a Genesis system due to no processing constraints. Watch in 4k or 1440p if your computer can handle it.
