The main Goh move I learned in training that I like for actual fighting is back+P+K (chargeable), which has good range, can wait out an opponent, and can result in a great launch for a juggle, depending on how it hits. And he's got good sweeps on both down+back and down+forward G+K.
These of course serve to supplement my usual forward,forward+K and simple throws. That's pretty much all I rely on and yet Goh is probably my best character! = o : D
