The ways to get the different ending acts are all tied to how the underground trial goes at the end of Act 3. If you win the trial and get the Cocorico freed, you go down the 4B path. If you lose the trial and Cocorico gets murdered, that takes you down the 4C path, which we'll see next. However, you might recall there was the option to just stay silent when Falcon found Cocorico and leave him to his fate, as Falcon is bitter and jaded at the legal system that allowed a murderer to go free, largely because of his own interference. Let's take a look at what happens in that last option before we fail at trial.
