Gathered overall about 90% of all the Dark Souls possible, did not unfortunately get the double Violators, or even a single one actually, guide was not helpful/placement changed. I believe I missed just one voodoo weapons, in areas with 6th level of power requirement, somewhere there. Generally played medium speed, with all the possible texts read slowly, so you can too in real time. The documents on The Five are a real treat. Great way to engrosse yourselves in the game, which is argaubly the game's best quality: atmosphere/creepiness. Boy oh boy was this game hard on my own 6 year old's nerves and all. Had nightmares about it for several years forward. There is one specific area, within the Cathedral of Pain, that is... just a masterpiece of gore/creepiness. It's the Experimentations room. Sounds ominous enough. :))
Visited naturally all possible locations, including the cut content, as in this version every one of The Five has his own location, and a prism to enter additional piston mechanism rooms in the Cathedral of Pain, thus requiring the player to disable two more pistons than in the original (3 vs 5 now) in order to stop the machinery once and for all, and eventually face The Legion.
Played the game while using a game walkthrough found on the internet, as Shadow Man still remains one of the easiest games for the player to get lost and miss Dark Souls/loot/items. Note: used the only game walkthrough on the Remastered version on the whole of internet, and it did not include the cut content at all, which suggests the author of that guide simply used the name "Remastered" while presenting a guide for the ORIGINAL Shadow Man, which pissed me off mightily, not gonna lie. Imagine having a guide tell you there should be two Dark Souls in the exact room you are now, them missing, and you questioning your own sanity on whether I can actually comprehend the text anymore, and whether my eyes deceive me. I REPEAT, THE ONLY "REMASTERED" GUIDE ON THE INTERNET, IS FOR THE ORIGINAL VERSION, WITH FEWER ROOMS, AND WITH DIFFERENT LOCATIONS OF ITEMS/DARK SOULS.
