The following commands are prefixed with three letters which represent the settings of the command block. E.g IUN: = Impulse Unconditional Needs_Redstone. These prefixes need to be removed if copying the commands.

Commands used: YouTube formatting may make some of these wrong. :)

IUN: scoreboard objectives add recursiveGive dummy

IUN: scoreboard players set @p recursiveGive 64
IUN: setblock 58 56 -47 redstone_block replace

[The following must be running in a line facing south.]
IUN: give @a[scores={recursiveGive=1..}] emerald 1
CUA: scoreboard players remove @a[scores={recursiveGive=1..}] recursiveGive 1
CUA: execute if entity @a[scores={recursiveGive=1..}] run setblock 58 56 -47 redstone_block replace
