- Before Hitting the "Conversion" Button --- (usable only once)
- Move all non-essential crews to barracks
- Move un-convertable/desired crews into premiums/ low tier empty vehicles
- Barracks could be overflow with excessive crews (i thought it was a bug)
- [Optional] you can convert all crews from vehicles you don't like/need to play into XP books
- ["Newcomer Bonuses" - WG says it's for "New Players", it's for everyone]
--- You can retrain and respecialize for free (100% gold discount) before finish 100% on 1st skill
--- retrain and respecialize for 50% off with more than 1 skill
- No more recruiting better crews if using credits or gold
--- (75% for credits or 100% gold - 50% 1st skill for credits or 100% 1st skill for gold)
--- [missed out on 'buying' 75% crews just for books - more effective to 2 or 3 man crew vehicles]
- New Onslaught rental crews are 0% 1st skill - no conversion for XP
- New Rental tanks'/ bond shop tanks' crews are...
--- basic 100% no skills - no XP when converted
- Make sure to check EACH AND EVERY crew to select new skills (everyone gets XP boosted)
