TLDW & Crew Eff. Conversion Prep Work:
- Conversion button works ONCE - available for 90 days
- Conversion button only works for crew in the barracks, not in tanks
- Stuff barracks with all 100% crews
- More barrack slots = More XP conversion = More books/booklets
- Mass recruiting 50% (or 75%) doesn't yield as much XP
- Rental crews (Amazon Prime packages, Frontline rentals, Onslaught rentals)
- 7v7 Onslaught rentals will be removed/replaced when patch hits
- Original premium tank crews
- Put ineligible crews ( more than 1 skill) into premiums (or low tier vehicles)
- Special crews (celebrities, zero-skill, special events) will NOT be converted
- (Lancester Car crew could be converted - NOT supposed to be)

World of Tanks is a massively multiplayer online game developed by Belarusian company Wargaming.net featuring early to mid-20th century era fighting vehicles.
