The following commands are prefixed with three letters which represent the settings of the command block. E.g IUN: = Impulse Unconditional Needs_Redstone. These prefixes need to be removed if copying the commands.

IUN: scoreboard objectives add password dummy

Button Template:
IUN: data modify storage door:password input append value 1
CUA: scoreboard players add #length password 1

Controller:
RUA: execute if score #length password matches 4
