This 1978 Cobra II Mustang was bought new by my mother and long story short, it was lost and then found and slowly restored.

While it's not driven at all during the winter season, it does tend to have miles put on it throughout the month in which it is warm enough.

Visually it looks good, there are numerous flaws and chips/cracks and rust in which need to be touched up externally. But overall the body shape and condition are considered excellent for it's age.

Modifications done:

Original 302 (burned up by unknown owner) swapped with a heavily piecemealed together parts from various ages of mustang 302's, with most of the components from a 1984 Mustang GT's 302.
Cruise Control installed
Rear leaf springs were completely broken and W'd, replaced the 4 leaf with a higher ride 5 leaf using 3" shackles.
EGR deleted spacer plate combined with a Holly Quickfuel HR-650 double pumper carburator
Stereo system mock up installed with 2 quality pioneer door speakers and a set of rear kenwood 6x9s and a 10" woofer. 4 speakers driven by a 160x4 deck and woofer by a 400watt external amp solo.
Custom 15" Rear Rims to best match stock originals in design, painted and machined for original hubcaps. (fronts are original 13" still with largest available tire). Rear tires are 295/50R15. Mudflaps incoming soon.
Some lights have had LED replacements, more external and internal lighting changes to come.
