This is a1 credit clear of Prop Cycle, made by Namco and relesed in arcades in 1996.

The real arcade machine is a sight to behold. It's an actual stationary bike with a weird kind of steering wheel. You pedal to gain speed and steer kind of like you would a plane.

The name of the game is popping ballons. An ancient incident had disrupted the small land and pieces of land are now floating in the sky. By popping all the ballons you're granted access to the upper plateaues and pop those balloons to bring back peace to the land.

Fun game and it's pretty straight forward, but to get the full experience you have to hunt down a cabinet in the wild.
