24Of course, as with any class, we need to explore the abilities an Arcanist can unlock over the course of their adventuring career. While they are formidable spellcasters and are able to learn new magics from books, scrolls and teachers as a wizard, their ability to cast these spells is only dependent upon their initial preparation; after the spell is memorized, they may cast it for as long as their reserves of magic or spell slots, remain available.
They also harbor unfiltered magics in a manner not unlike a reservoir that allows the intrepid Arcanist to utilize Arcane Exploits that add a whole host and diversity to their abilities.
And while it may not seem like many abilities at first glance, their knowledge of these exploits and the more traditional feats of arcanist training can create incredible unique, nigh on exotic, methods of spellcasting and combinations of powers.
