Since you can choose to fight Meiling or Chen first on 1F, this fight isn't more complicated than the Chen fight. Meiling's boss moveset is also identical to her playable moveset. She doesn't have a self-buff like Chen does, but she can self-heal during this fight. Unlike Chen, who is weak to CLD, Meiling has no weaknesses. Patchy's Silent Selene is the way to go.

Character Build:

-Meiling: Her LOT2 incarnation is stronger overall, but you'll be relying a lot on LOT1 Meiling since she's one of the first tanks AND first ailment healers for a good while. I believe she gets really, really good during the expansion / Plus Disk content (her goos HP growth becomes really noticeable then), but that's still quite far away. Like Remilia, I'm going with a HP/DEF build. Unlike Remilia, I think that build is going to be permanent for Meiling.
