First up: Hole in One! Apparently golf is so simple, even a monkey can play it! Or in this case, teach it! The lil' guy will be tossing balls at you and you've got to get a hole in one with every shot! He has his mandrill friend to help you out, too, though, his manner of helping is HURLING a HUGE ball straight at your shins! Yeesh~

Oh, and the practice is pretty long for this game because it is the first. They need to teach ya the ropes, like, how visual/audio cues are essential for good rhythm!

This run would have qualified for a "Perfect" it seems, but you are only awarded those under controlled circumstances. We'll see if I go and upload those as the game goes along!

Aaand afterwards we take a visit to the cafe to greet the Barista, the cute little doggie you see on the icon before I click it! The barking barista serves you up some cool tidbits if ever you visit and also holds onto all your extras, one being a message from the developers!

Feel the beat! It's Rhythm Heaven Fever! This game is like a musically inclined Wario Ware! Heck, the same guys who made that series worked on this one. Speaking of series, this is the third in the Rhythm Heaven series, but only the second one out of Japan. We got Rhythm Heaven on the DS first, but before that, Japan had... Rhythm Tengoku on the Game Boy Advance.

This game keeps the controls simple with "A" being the major input along with A AND B at the same time for special occasions. You'll be pressing these buttons to follow the beat in-game in many wild and varied circumstances alongside music that's incredibly upbeat! Did I mention I like these games yet?

There are lots of fun little secrets and fluorishes that are tricky to keep an eye on when you're playing it, so this'll be a fun one to watch at leisure. In 60 frames per second too! I hope you'll join me in our trip through Rhythm Heaven!
