73The 2015 Ford Mustang GT is fully redesigned compared to last year's model with new styling, new features and more. We spent some time with the all-new Mustang and enjoyed every minute.
For starters, we're impressed with the Mustang GT's pricing, which starts around $33,000. That's not bad for a car powered by a muscular 435-horsepower 5.0-liter V8. When it comes to the Mustang GT, you can choose from three different versions: a base-model GT fastback, the upscale GT Premium fastback or the soft-top GT Premium convertible.
We also like updates to the Mustang's styling, which leave it looking athletic yet refined. It's the same story on the inside, where the interior combines improved materials and a sleek new design with an impressive retro look. We're also impressed with the Mustang's new comfort and convenience features, which include an intelligent key with push-button start and available heated and cooled seats. Also available is Ford's MyFord Touch infotainment system, SYNC voice controls, adaptive cruise control and Ford's Track Apps feature, which gathers on-track performance metrics.
On the road, the Mustang's new independent rear suspension is a game changer. Not only does the new Mustang offer a smoother ride than its predecessor, but it also touts dramatically enhanced cornering abilities. There's also an improved braking system to help reign in the Mustang's power.
Essentially, the 2015 Ford Mustang GT is ready to run laps around all other muscle cars, thanks to its new design and a wide array of new equipment.
