now they freeze your character, so they can log on with random toons and verbally harass you after cheating you in duels, oh and you can't speak or move, you get to just sit there, until they are done harassing you, and then they boot you. that's criminal activities in a VIDEO GAME, and if it were real life, they'd be in a prison cell. WHY IS NO ONE DOING ANYTHING ABOUT THESE OBVIOUS CROOKS?
