Ugh.... Pacman
Pacman has so many things that are annoying. Shotput definitely makes this mu easier.
Big things to watch for is definitely the hydrant stall. Don't try to catch a falling pacman with a dash attack. And watch for the dair after the hydrant falls.
Also, pacman has a great oos and great fair combos.
I would actually recommend 1212 for pacaman, and well, since I can't change my moveset so easily in quickplay, here you go.
