Pikachu is a slog let me tell you.
One of our few bad MU's in my opinion. Because, and pardon my french, pikachu busted. It's also a MU where you DON'T want to use shotput due to pikachu's speed, his size, and his broken recovery.

Watch for everything. His nair combos be sure to mix up your DI. Pick a direction and stick with it. If he bair loops you off stage make sure you save your jump and you FJ for a recovery.
One weakness you can exploit is if your close enough you can catch pikachu's aerial Tjolt with an aerial FMP or bair.
Other than that though, just, play good neutral and hope you are the better player I guess.
