It's a bit disputed about whether cloud and brawler are an even MU or not. Most brawler thinks he is, whereas I tend to go back and forth on the matter. Cloud has a big sword than outranges brawler in every way. Also, clouds up b can be incredibly difficult to deal with so watch for how often the cloud player likes to abuse it.
In my experience so far, Cloud players can tend to get somewhat linear strategies, so the goal is to figure out the patterns and then strike.

Easier said than done though.
