The following commands are prefixed with three letters which represent the settings of the command block. E.g IUN: = Impulse Unconditional Needs_Redstone. These prefixes need to be removed if copying the commands.

Give XP:

Give Xp Level:

RUA: execute as @a[scores={level=1..}] unless score @s level "greater than"= @s prev.level run scoreboard players operation @s prev.level = @s level
CCA: worldborder add 1 1

Set Border:
IUN: worldborder center x z
CUA: worldborder set 10 0
