Here are three ways to turn off your Xbox Series X controller:

Hold down the Xbox button on the controller for six seconds. This will turn off the controller.

Use the menu on the Xbox screen. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, then navigate to the “Profile & system” tab. Select “Settings,” then “Devices & connections,” and finally “Accessories.” Highlight the controller you want to turn off, then select “Turn off”.

Remove the batteries. If you’re using a wireless controller, you can remove the batteries to turn it off.
