To transfer video clips from your Xbox Series X|S to your phone, you can use the Xbox app. Here are the steps:

On your Xbox Series X|S, go to Settings - Preferences - Capture & share - Capture settings and enable the option to automatically upload captures.
Record or capture the gameplay moments you want to share by pressing or holding the share button on the controller.

Go to the Recent captures section and select the clips you want to upload to the Xbox network. You can also trim them before uploading.
Open the Xbox app on your phone and log in with your profile. Go to the Captures section and refresh it to see the uploaded clips.
Select the clips you want to save and download them to your phone gallery. You can then edit or share them as you wish
