Number 25 set up internal networking events to help employees build contacts within the company and to learn more about how it operates. If an employee gets to know colleagues and the way of the business and they'll feel more involved.

Number 26 encourage employees to work on their strengths and offer them workshops or courses to hone skills or talent they feel they have or that you might see in them.
Tip number 27 ensure that both you and your employees clearly set up achievable goals and have realistic expectations this will avoid misunderstandings and motivate everyone towards particular aims.
Number 28 if you have the resources allow your employees a day or two to work on something they are passionate about. Whether that be volunteering in a local community or working on a new project.
Number 29 well money isn't everything. It's an important factor for many individuals for employees to be happy and productive. They mustn't be paid less than they're worth. Being underpaid health and results in unhappiness.
And lastly tip number 30 find out what motivates your staff ask them. Have conversations about what they want to see happen in the company and what they need to make their jobs easier. Once you know you can work out how to implement it.
