In this video, I showcase an atlas strategy that focused on Altar farming, but also uses the Metamorph, Torment, and Strongbox Atlas Passives. The Altar farming uses both the Wrath of the Cosmos and Eldritch Gaze notables to make the maps very difficult, but rewarding. You will need a strong character with over capped resistance to successfully farm using this method.

Due to 3.19 changes to loot, I wanted to retest to see if Metamorph was better compared to other league mechanics and I would estimate the value of each organ that drops to be around 1.5c on average. We are mainly looking for currency to roll on these organs, but there are other modifiers that are also valuable like divination cards.

Conclusion: I believe Metamorph is roughly equivalent in profitability to strongboxes if your build can survive and kill them (within T16 maps) within a reasonable time. IE: 40 Seconds to get 6 Organs while mapping and 20 Seconds to kill Metamorph in Tane's Lab. If this can be achieved in 60 seconds total, this will result in roughly 3.17 Divine Per Hour just isolating the Metamorph mechanic.
