#365 Samurai Shodown! 2 (NGPC) Bosses (1/2): Yuga (Second form) (Bust) playthrough.
A playthrough of the second, bust form of the final boss Yuga in the Neo Geo Pocket Color game Samurai Shodown! 2

How to play as Yuga:
Highlight Kuroko, then hold the B button and perform four full rotations on the analog stick. This is quite difficult on emulation unfortunately, but certainly doable. After this, Yuga will replace Kuroko on the screen. Select him, and you can then pick his Slash or Bust forms.

This is a port of Samurai Shodown 64, due to the fact that Samurai Shodown V wasn't released until 2003. I previously did a couple of videos on Samurai Shodown 64 showing that Yuga and Gandara can be played as in the game, as well as Kuroko, so do check those out if you're interested.
Gandara is a sub-boss in this game, but it is not possible to play as him (I've tried extensively), most probably due to the same reason you can't play as bosses in Red Earth. Yuga however is fully unlockable and playable, which again was a great addition for SNK to give. The game itself is pretty damn good anyway, and makes up a little for Sam Sho 64 still not being fully playable.

Both of Yuga's forms are quite powerful, although his second takes the biscuit. His regular attacks all have range to them, and most of his abilities are quite broken, such as double air projectiles, a powerful beam attack, a defensive lightning shield, an air dive, a power wave-type projectile and many others. If anything he has a superfluous number of powers, rather similar to Igniz in that way, and is actually quite broken as a character, so it was nice of SNK to even bother making such a broken character playable. He's actually incredibly fun to play as, and a very unique experience as characters go. If you were going to try out one hidden character from thje
