★ [ 3.7 ] Vaal Arc Elementalist with Inpulsa (1.4M Shaper DPS Arc)

I decided to go back to a tried and true ability and see how it felt this league: vaal arc! Normally, I'd be thrilled to play this ability as mixed with lightning spire trap it does a respectable amount of damage.
The issue with it is that witches got the shaft this league. Elementalist lost their beacon of ruin while occultist lost some of their nodes while witches in general lost starting ES nodes (which makes Trickster a better choice overall for pretty much all meta ES builds these days).
There are instances where the witch can fall flat now without having warlords mark but overall isn't in a horrible spot. We pick up Paragon of Calamity, instead of beacon of ruin, to give us some quality of life leech.
This build doesn't have a forum guide anywhere. It's just an inpulsa build for arc.

It's a pretty fast monolith farmer. If you're lucky enough to bloodstain craft to get more vaal arc out of it, it can become one of the fastest builds for it overall. As I already had a full MF tornado shot, I decided against having another build specifically for monoliths, but this was a very tough call as I think this build would do legion content much better.
