Cospris has always been a favourite weapon of mine in Path of Exile, going all the way back to harbinger league and utilizing my fast/fun autobomber. Since then, this cast on crititical (COC) assassin which utilizes cyclone and some pretty cool mechanics manages to dish out a substantial amount of damage while being a relatively safe mapper and pretty dominant bosser.
The herald of ice veriant works really well with Blight and high tier blighted maps, while the hatred variant is a pretty damn good bosser. Both PoB's are listed below.

With Cyclone + Cast on Crit and choosing assasin, you can pretty consistently crit regardless of whatever you attack and if you get your attack speed close to 7.5 you can really take advantage of ice nova + frost bolt mechanics to dish out an amazing amount of damage.
