3D printer upgrading itself with a new print head fan duct - This thing is coming to life!

Here is another 3D printing video but this one has a cool twist since I'm printing an upgrade for the printer on the very printer it will be upgrading. It's like the Borg or Skynet or even the Cyber Men from Dr Who!. This is probably one of the functions that fascinates me the most!
This video we're printing a new shroud/duct for the print head to direct airflow down to the print while keeping the cooling off the print head. This is to make sure the layers fully solidify before the next layer is laid down. The cooling fan is crucial to getting a good print and when printing small items the speed is greatly improved when you can introduce a lot of cooling to the surface.
This new fan duct is much more ridged then the original and it doesn't leak air and is much more efficient. I have also printed many other upgrades like belt tensioners, feet to reduce vibration on the desktop and some protective covers for the electronics. I have downloaded all of these upgrade models from thingiverse.com.

Printed via SD card directly installed into Ultimaker Controller module, no physical connection to the computer was used during the printing.
