Truck routes exist all over the world as a way for trucks to safely get through a city without causing high amounts of noise pollution to residential urban areas. They're largely designed as "safe routes" so that too tall of trucks don't enter zones that they clearly will be be able to pass through. This game in fact does indirectly have truck routes, and Troublmaker leads the way.
