After getting so big traffic will eventually become a major problem and in turn you will have to look at what you built previously and improve upon it. This is a game where small steps can lead to big mistakes so it's important to get it right in small amounts. So we're going to construct a massive highway that will cut the city in half and effectively link the city into sub-divisions and parts. Various elements of the city will be getting changed as this happens.
