This is it, the single hardest boss in the challenge! With 100 in it's defenses, it takes about 1000~ damage from regular attacks. This would normally be fine other than the fact that it will heal itself for 9999 per cast of Curaga so we need to find a way to counter-act it's healing. Luckily, SK has a very clear pattern, which is as follows: it starts with Photon Wings, an attack that deals 937-1058 damage regardless of Mag. Def and inflicts Curse (infinite%), Darkness , Silence, Sleep (50%) and Confusion (25%). It will then use a physical attack twice, use Mana Breath and then two turns where it makes a decision. If it's Armor Broken, it casts Protect, if it's under Darkness or Poison, it will cast Esuna and if none of these, it will use Curaga on itself (during this, it's Mag stat jumps from 40 to 180!). If it's under 50% HP, it will cast Regen instead of Curaga. From there, it loops back around.

Photon Wings is bad. We can obtain a triple Ward armor from Mandragora's or Malboro's, but speed is essential. It might not be that bad if we had a four-slotted armor with SOS-Haste and the Wards. Regardless, Sanctie's the first boss where we really WANT Ribbon.
You can Blitz for 1 Dark Matter per League (which take about 50~ minutes playing optimally) or by beating up Monster Arena creations and praying for a Dark Matter instead of their regular drop (1 in 8). Since you can't Overkill, this also takes forever. Because of this, I used the ingame cheat for the Remaster to grant myself all items, then slowly got rid of all the items until I had only 99 Dark Matter. Watch this video if you're interested:

Credits to voidling20 for this insane strat!

If you inflict Slow on your turn, it will counter immediately by casting Haste on itself. If Slow is inflicted by a counter, then it will use Haste once you damage it again. If we manage to inflict Darkness twice in a row, we're set right? It will waste it's healing turns using Esuna. Sadly, SK has a 100% resistance to Darkness and we have no way of improving our odds. I did get a Darkstrike weapon, but in order to make a Darktouch + Darkstrike weapon, Darktouch needs to be Customized first! Luckily, for Poison, it only has a 90% resistance. But we don't have Poisonstrike yet since we can't get the ingredients yet! There's still one way we can inflict Poison, by using the Overdrive Bad Breath! It unfortunately only has an infliction rate of 100%! Which means that in order for us to succeed in SK skipping it's healing, we need to hit a 10% twice in a row so effectively a 1% chance of success. There's another problem: with only 1000 damage per hit, it's gonna take very long, so the best thing in this case, is to use Kimahri's Celestial Weapon, which ignores Def even when not fully powered up. At full health, Kimahril will deal 2500 damage. In order to maximize Kimahri's DPS, he needs to be at full health at any time. SK's attack deals 1400 damage and Mana Breath does around 3700 which means we will absolutely need Shell,. If you think about, you'd rather not have Protect since a physical attack will always put Kimahri under 50% HP therefore triggering Auto-Potion. How do we apply Shell, but not Protect? What you want to do, is cast MG while already under Protect status. Using SOS Protect, we can have Protect and then apply Shell using MG. If you then heal to full, only Shell will stick around! Do be careful though, since you need Shell before Mana Breath comes! If we bring one Potion with us and get hit by Photon Wings (and the damage is enough to put Kimahri under 50%), he will have 1200~ HP left, which is too much for SOS Protect. If we include HP+20%, it will be! By Customizing Evade & Counter to a Slowtouch weapon, we can guarantee evasion of the first two attacks while hopefully inflicting Slow. This gives us enough time to prepare. After Mana Breath, we swap back to the Ribbon armor, cure SK's Slow and apply Jinx 5 times to increase our odds for a critical hit. We will need about four crits to win!

Equipment used:
Rebel Lance (Piercing, Slowtouch, Evade & Counter), Acropolis (Auto-Potion, Auto Haste, Ribbon), Protect Armlet (SOS Protect, HP+20%), Spirit Lance (No AP, double Overdrive).

Continued in the comments:

In this challenge I am only allowed to use Kimahri during the game. The other party members will either have to KO themselves or try to run away as soon as possible. When Kimahri is not available in the party, the party must follow NSGNSNENNE rules (No Sphere Grid + No Summons + No Escape + No [No Encounters]). While I am allowing Customizing (the challenge would not be possible otherwise), I am placing certain 'limits' on myself. For example, I won't Customize First Strike or Evade & Counter unless it's absolutely mandatory to get through the fight(s). Combined with the No Escape rules, that should make for an interesting run!

Abbreviations:
OSG = Own Sphere Grid
KO = Kimahri Only
NE = No Escape
NNE = No [No Encounters]
