The first Haunted Ps1 Demo Disc was such fun, we're finally going to play through the second one. ALL the games, so this will span plenty of Short Horror Saturdays. This disc has a cool museum that you can wander around to launch each of the games. Will there be a final ending once we beat all of them?
CHAMELEON is an awesome stealth-based game wehre you gradually acquire new abilities. Something has hapened in this underground research facility, and you're trying to escape. The Guards don't want you to. Odd, since they're not supposed to attack humans . . . This sci-fi game has a very fair learning curve and a substantial length. They completed the full version. Did I go wishlist it on steam right after stream? Yeah kinda, a little bit.
SALT ORDER features an interesting world, unusual monsters, and a creative sort of drawing mechanic. Since you only have till the bell tolls four, it's pretty tense. One mistake in the drawing results in death!
LUNAR EFFECT is a more traditional horror game, in the vein of the Playstation-era survival horror games. We awaken in a creepy mansion and have to solve puzzles and read notes. Whoever lives here seems to have a preoccupation with time. Also, with BEARS. I didn't think I'd make it before the clock counted down, especially that last puzzle with the wires, but I managed with a little time to spare and was treated to an ending that definitely increases the horror.
THAT WHICH GAVE CHASE is one of the sorter demo, but I like the artic setting, and controlling that dog sled made me constantly worried that we were going to tip over. That scientist creeps me out.
