Wow! A three run special for team trio!

There's three runs here for 481D:
789 (lower damage requirements, can downgrade HTr to S2 or downgrade ELF to 3*; if downgraded having maxed dorm buffs really help)
790 (extreme damage requirements)
792 (extreme damage requirements, Turgenev TB Aslaug M on Herrscher of Origin)

For all three runs the most important thing is that Kiana's combo attack at the start (example at 0:24) must bring the boss to one minibar of HP on x7. If it's at two minibars you need to restart because some of your damage went missing. Transitions also don't have to be complicated, I'm usually just freestyling those so don't mind me. Just do whatever is comfortable for you as long as Kiana has enough SP to do second ult.

For the individual runs themselves:

789 run I recommend for everyone. The requirements are lenient even weaker teams can still do it. From my experience if you do the combo attack before ult during absolute time fracture in both phases 1 & 2 it ends up being a 788, so you have to skip one of them. It might be possible to do both and still get 789, but it is extremely tight if that is the case. Try to skip the combo unless you absolutely need it.

790 run is 1 point faster in phase 2, but it sacrifices some damage for a bit of speed so you probably need a maxed out team. During transition it is highly recommended for Bronya to get the extra unlock at 3:06 to boost her Continuation (mech) form damage and she must evade once at 3:31 to unleash all her missiles. When Mei does her QTE at 3:38, she does weapon and her evasion attacks instead and does not use her Malice Expunged combo. The Bronya missiles should give enough chip damage for the 790 kill. It shouldn't be possible to score higher than 790 with this rotation because you would be gated by Bronya's transformation cooldown at the end.

792 run is based on the Turgenev/Aslaug 791 runs that players did last time this boss appeared. Compared to the 789 run I showcased here, phase 1 clears 2 points faster (955 phase 1 instead of 953), and phase 2 is identical which gives a score of 791. To get the extra point I used the phase 2 in the 790 run instead which is 1 point faster. The damage requirements for the clean kill on phase 1 is quite high, but if you get the clean kill you should have enough damage for phase 2 as well.

People that know me know I shit on trio a lot, because it is the team with the least margin of human error so often times (depends on the boss) runs are easy to replicate and ties happen often.
