We're coming up to 8 years since GTA 5 was released, there's been a lot of fun times and many cool updates since the release but fans think it's now time to release the next instalment, GTA 6.

We can confirm that GTA VI is in development, this was confirmed by Rockstar themselves in 2020 during a Kotaku interview. We also know the next game Rockstar Games will release will be GTA Six. This information has got players hyped for the game but unfortunately despite this confirmation, it is not coming anytime soon. Some players are so excited for the announcement and confirmed GTA 6 release date, they trying to predict when it's all going to happen. The most recent example of this is GTA six being announced during the Super Bowl and obviously that didn't happen. Players are trying to make connections to the GTA VI release that simply isn't there.
