Dying Light 2 Narrative Choices is a massive change for the Dying Light 2 gameplay. The choices you make will change the aesthetics, gameplay and the Dying Light 2 story. With multiple choices when going through the main story, it of course will lead to there being multiple endings. Techalnd as of yet have not confirmed how many ending there will be but we do know that there's going to be a lot. The Dying Light Narrative choices are just for when you go through the main story, they're also part of the side quests, dynamic events and within free roam. A big part of any post apocalyptic world is the factions that form. You will meet different factions but you can also decide whether or not you want to help one faction more than the others. You can make specific factions thrive within the world or you can kill them off. Making these choices within free roam will also have an affect on the main story.
