6 Unknown Upcoming games of 2022

There is a lack of AAA games heading into the back end of 2022. As with many things, it seems we gamers are late to the delays caused by the pandemic. While I agree that the back end of this year seems quieter than most years. I do believe there are some games that people are missing out on. So here is a quick list of some of the games coming out this year that you should know.

Warhammer 40K Darktide
If you wanted a bit more space marine in your Vermintide, then Darktide is looking to do precisely that. Looking to re-create the brutal 4-player coop formula found in Vermintide Fatshark, the award-winning developers behind both games promise to bring the intense action into the 40k universe. Warhammer 40k Darktide releases September 13th.

Evil West
Evil West sees you as a vampire hunting cowboy in this gory shooter. No, you need more? Ok. With a campaign, you can tackle solo or co-op. Evil West drops you into a world consumed by bloodthirsty creatures and asks you to take them out in stylish explosive action. You don't want to miss this one on the 20th of September.

Dragon Ball: The Breakers
Dragon Ball games can be hit or miss, but The Breakers is taking a new approach. This is a 1v7 asymmetric game where one player plays an invader such as Freeza or Cell, and the other 7 play as everyday citizens trying to survive the otherworldly invaders. Dragon Ball: The Breakers promises to be A unique change of pace for Dragon Ball games aiming for an October 14th release date.

Scorn
Scorn is a first-person survival horror game looking to bring HR Giger's paintings to life. Isolated in this atmospheric nightmare, you'll have to solve puzzles and fight off the unsettling creatures to escape this claustrophobic world. If you can bear it, Scorn releases on October 21st.

Company of Heroes 3
The long-awaited sequel. Relic Entertainment looks to bring back the beloved RTS franchise Company of Heroes with this new installment. Taking place in the Mediterranean theater, Company of Heroes 3 looks to up the scale and complexity, testing your wits on November 17th.

The Callisto Protocol
And finally, Callisto Protocol. A new IP from the creators behind one of the most esteemed and treasured horror games of all time Dead Space. Callisto Protocol will test your survival and stomach as you uncover the secrets of the dead moon of Jupiter. If you've managed to survive Scorn, you can brave Callisto Protocol on December 2nd.

Even more, games are coming out this year that have found the limelight, but these are some lesser-known ones worth putting on your Radar. Whether you're excited about one of these or a better-known game, I think it's safe to say the rest of 2022 isn't safe for your wallet just yet.
