Commands used:
Replace the wool:
setblock -31 60 3 light_gray_wool

Clear the fallen bricks:
setblock -31 56 3 air

Remove the wool:
setblock -31 60 3 air

Create Falling Block that looks like wool:
summon falling_block -31 60 3 {Time:1b,BlockState:{Name:"green_wool"}}
