[9] Let's Play: Starsector! [Live from the Better Universe]
14So I got a request, and I wanted to do it anyhow, so here's what I keep whining about. Here's the save file I started right after I bought the game, and played a lot, and here's how it turned out.
How to account for the differences? Well, games are harder when you LP them, that's like a scientific law. Luck of the draw, some things were just different. And, obviously, a number of key fuckups. Really, losing ships, especially early, stunts you so badly. You gotta watch that.
Anyhow, here's what Starsector looks like when you get a good-sized force up. It's not the hugest force, but for a fleet, it's nimble thanks to speed boosts like the Engineering skills and tug-boats. I'm pretty happy with it.
