A 2D Action Platformer Soulslike | Obsidian Legion demo
2Hello everyone! Another demo here that I am not really sure if it is part of the Steam Next Fest or not. This is Obsidian Legion, another 2D soulslike, but this time it is not a metroidvania, but a linear action platformer (or at least, that's what it looks like). I had high expectations on this game, but it ended up disappointing me... The combat was boring, enemies were too tough on some of them were too spammy with their attacks and dashes, while my stamina was very limited (and every action needed stamina). I also didn't like that there was a lot of platforming (specially is jumping uses stamina). You have fall damage, but not the enemies, and they are basically relentless. The gameplay felt pretty repetitive and not really rewarding, so I ended up getting tired and didn't finish it (sorry).
