This has to be one of the most beautiful and relaxing side scrollers that has ever been created. It was well received by all the stereoscopic gamers out there. Even the first one in the series still looks gorgeous. I would recommend starting here if you are interested. They only get better visually and mechanically. But I have to say the third one in the series is a bit lacking simply cause it is way shorter than the first two. Mind you I still haven't even seen a glimpse of the latest one that was released.


It is quite sad that the developers dropped the support for stereoscopic 3d in Nr4. There was a mod developed by DJ-RK for this one. As far as i know this only works with 3dVision. Please share your gratitude and support for guys like him. They very well deserve recognition for all their effort to keep stereoscopic gaming alive.


To get this to work in VR you would need software that could stream it to your HMD in Half SBS. (I use Virtual Desktop) With a nVidia card you could utilize 4k DSR to add the best visual quality to your experience. This game doesn't require too much power so it should work good on older GPU's too.
