This game was given to me as a gift from my friend named Sean R who is great. It's an NES homebrew called Dr. Covio and it's essentially a Christmas-themed knockoff of Dr. Mario! It's also... COVID themed?

But it has cheerful holiday music and it can be played cooperatively with up to FOUR PLAYERS which would be cool if... I weren't currently sick.
