0At the time of recording, I wasn't really sure that cutting out some of my gameplay footage was the best idea - I had never done that kind of editing work on any of my videos before. Finding the handy little "fade out / fade in" effect in my editing software made the final result look much better. The only time being wasted now is for the people who decided to read today's video description!

Developed and published by Donut Games, Traps n' Gemstones is a side-scrolling action platformer game with a non-linear "Metroidvania" style of progression. As a nameless character with a striking resemblance to Indiana Jones, players must avoid traps and solve puzzles while investigating a vast network of underground chambers. The ultimate goal is to find twenty-five stolen relics and return them to their rightful place deep within the pyramid.
Priceless artifacts are disappearing from an ancient pyramid hidden deep within the Egyptian desert. Claiming to have witnessed a strange man in the area, the Bedouins who have guarded the site for generations call upon a freelance archaeologist with expertise in exploring long-forgotten ruins. As he delves deeper into this mystery, it becomes clear that it's going to take more than a strong whip, quick wits, and a healthy dose of recklessness to set things straight.
