0Because I work in the field of auto parts retail, most of this game is going to look familiar to me - but it will still be something of a learning experience. One of the first things I learned today is that electric lifts are incredibly loud if you stand right next to one while it's being operated. I also learned that removing a vehicle's crankshaft is a lot more trouble than it's worth.

The average person has absolutely no idea how their car works. Most people just get behind the wheel and drive in blissful ignorance.. until something goes wrong. Then they come to me, and I do what I can to return them to their lives of luxury. Sometimes, it's simple: the little light on the dash comes on, and all it needs is an oil and filter change. Sometimes, you strip off every last nut and bolt and still can't figure out why their engine won't turn over. Those are probably my favorite.
