A Hack & Slash Roguelite Where Every Rule Can Be Changed | Idiots' Fantasy
2Hello everyone! Here we are with another demo. This is Idiots' Fantasy, a hack & slash roguelite where the upgrades you find are supposed to change the rules of the game... That's quite the strong statement. Sadly, execution is not quite there yet... Rooms are too big and empty, movement slow, combat is clunky (slow and melee attacks not really going where I am aiming), dash would go anywhere and then wouldn't allow you to move, there was barely any upgrade and reward and loading stuff was taking too long (loading screen, loading enemies, loading... deaths). Finding and item that turns every attack into a ranged one was pretty interesting, but everything else seemed unpolished.
The idea doesn't sound bad at all, but there is still a lot of work to do, so... good luck developer.
