Behind the surprise success of Helldivers 2 the development team faced many challenges, both before and after launch. This talk aims to share some of the lessons we learned along the way, hopefully demonstrating a few good practices to follow, raising some questions to consider, and warning about mistakes to avoid on your own journey to launching a live service game.
