So you've modified, altered, or removed the contents (or the chip altogether) on the Micro SD card that originally came with your iNQ Cloud Touch T2-218U Parrot Android 2.2 FroYo SmartPhone, and now your screen is constantly flickering, flashing, jittering, scrolling, minimizing and maximizing, shrinking and expanding, glitching, and otherwise freaking out. Furthermore, the constant automatically going back to the previous screen or data entry field makes controlling the handset and performing text entry (such as logging in) otherwise impossible.
It turns out that what is happening is that the phone is trying to play a rolling demo video in the background on the home screen. No longer having access to this video, the handset is tripping on itself trying to load this video that is simply no longer present.
Through the Force Stopping of the Video Looper application that automatically runs in the background, all of this bugging can stop and your phone can once again be controllable. This video will show you how to do just this.
