To the best of my knowledge, this is the smallest number of islands required to beat A Monster's Expedition. This route builds on my previous upload of the Windmill skip, using it in 3 slightly different ways to get a raft down to the lighthouse, and then straight to the end of the third to last section of the game. This skips a huge amount of the game, only playing about 10% of it. And half of that is the unbreakable ending sequence.

Update: apparently before I even found this, a 29 island route was found. Oops.
Double update: even on this route, launching down to the lighthouse is unnecessary as some clever arranging NW of the windmill can reach the lower launch point from there.
