I recently took part in the first round of the Puzzle Grand Prix, which contained this Regional Yajilin puzzle by Nikola Živanović. On the discussion forums, Eugene Porter asked for help with a complete solution to this puzzle, so I decided to record this to talk through how to solve it with some general patterns on how to solve similar puzzles.
