A Most Fearful Sacrifice is a large-format game portraying the Battle of Gettysburg. Players assume the role of Union General Meade of Confederate General Lee in the largest and arguably most consequential battle of the American Civil War.

This video shows the just-released 2nd Edition of the game, and focuses on what is different from the 1st edition. The 2nd edition comes in two forms; as a complete stand-alone game, or as an upgrade kit for an existing 1st edition copy. Since I am focusing on the differences between the editions, I use the upgrade kit to show what is different between the editions.

In addition some variants are suggested for those wishing to increase historical flavor and accuracy.
