Before we jaunt into interplanetary space, we are going to settle a celestial body closer to home. We are going to colonize Minmus. Before we do that, we need to send a probe that is one part satellite, one part robotic lander to explore Minmus' natural resources and plan where the base will be located. With the Kethane plug-in, we will then be in a position to suck Minmus' natural resources dry to fuel our conquest of space!
